CTPAT Statement of Support

Ferrer Brokers, Inc. has been a certified CTPAT participant since 2003.

CTPAT, Customs Trade Partnership Against Terrorism is a program were the participants partner with US Customs & Border Protection to strengthen supply chain security.

Ferrer Brokers, Inc. Upper Management has committed to upholding the security statements of the CTPAT program by:

• The implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the secure movement of cargo thru the supply chain.
• The implementation of policies and procedures to ensure the security of our facility.
• Maintain an audit program and inspection to identify deficiencies in the supply chain.
• Ensure corrective actions are implemented to address any deficiencies identified.
• Providing training and guidance to the company’s employees regarding CTPAT policies.
• Providing a safe environment for the company’s employees and cargo, and
• Notification and cooperation with CBP, CTPAT, and or/law enforcement in the case of a breach of the supply chain or suspicious activity.

As an employee of the company you are an integral part of our CTPAT program and overall security of our company.  All our employees, visitors, contractors and business partners are expected to adhere to the security policies and procedures implemented by the company.
